Quinn Guohai Oitker We have just received the Travel Approval from China for Quinn's adoption! Our expected date to leave for China is March 15, and I am thrilled!!
On Monday, our adoption agency will make the (very important) US consulate appointment, and then we will be able to book our flights.
We started the process to adopt Quinn in September 2010, and now, Praise the Lord, we are so close!
I was thinking of you, Quinn, this week during our Ash Wednesday service...hoping that when we celebrate our Savior on Easter Sunday, you would be with us! Thank you, God, for orchestrating everything at Your perfect time! As God renews and prepares our hearts to glorify Jesus in the season of Lent, may He also prepare us for the days ahead with you! We know there will be a period of adjustment for all of us, but how sweet the love and joy that grows and grows over time.
Precious Quinn, we are coming-- your Mommy, Daddy, and Big Brother are so anxious to meet you!!!
So excited for you guys! Will be praying the whole way through.
